I ship to russia all the time, its not that bad as long as you over-insure the package. So whenever I ship a 500-600 dollar phone, I'll insure it for like 800-1000 dollars, that way if the awesome Russia EMS / postal loses it, you still win

nop as far as i know, i guess if you really want something similar to keitai you just going to have to wait until panasonic or fujitsu release their smartphones on Europe/US.

I bought ntt Docomo L-06A yesterday. this one is software unlock. everything is okay. but for some reason no LG keiTai including on sticky. I know L-06A is Korean KeiTai. Thus although L-06a is also a product of NTT DoCoMo. and I'm sure there are many products out of the newer and ready SU. Those list should be updated.
for now, just try keyword on google :

    - SIMフリー
    - SIMフリー版、標準セット付き

You'll find lots of Keitai already Software Unlock. !!!make sure the website is free of fraud / scam!!!
    eiyaaa.com a trusted one.
btw, sorry for my english :/

I am not sure for USA / Hawaiian. most of the local website (JPN) received domestic buyers only. but you can try to contact the stores in a personal context to ask for shipping abroad. but again the inter-bank transfer is the only method of payment. no discussion about paypal here. in certain cases, it takes a warehouse (acquaintances in Japan) which will then take care of the purchase from the store and send it directly to you.

what is seen, that's what you pay for. try to predict the estimated costs of delivery and customs tax. and do not forget most of the standard sales package does not include an additional equipment like charger and other accessories such as HF and usb data cable.

That said, hypersims are getting better these days an I only had to CPR my F-06B every one to two months.
I thought someone had already made a Hypersim that fixes those problems? Are you saying that those new Hypersims are unreliable as well?

Like this one for example: http://www.ebay.ph/itm/ws/eBayISAPI....m=220957361247

    Have you tried these?
