    Bring back the Motorola v.8162!!

I miss my v.8162. At least the form factor.

What happened to really small phones? I'm aware of the Sanyo 6400, which has the "thin" factor, but not the "short" factor.

The perfectly sized phone would be the Sanyo 6400, folded in half.

Anyone else out there just want a really small phone with decent battery life? Color and annoying ringers don't interest me all that much.

    Thumbs up

You kidding me? There is no other better phone than the V8162!!! I still have 2 of them and look at them longingly every once in a while.

I was in BB the other day buying an A600 and I freaked out when I saw the Samsung SGh-307. This thing is SMALL!!!! This is much thinner and narrower than the V8162, and probably a bit shorter as well, with Samsungs cool silver color and blue keys. Unfortunately it was GSM and for Cingular, sigh.

Oh did I mention it had color screen, 40k ringtones, JAVA, games etc etc!!! Check it out here:

I think much of the problem is that Sprint and Verizon stifle Samsung quite a bit, guess thats why Sony Ericsson hates CDMA as well.
    iPhone 5 !!

Absolutely; I couldn't agree more. Even with the antenna exactly as it is, that would be a beautiful phone.

I can't help but wish for a hinge in the middle every time I look at the 6400.
