I find it amazing people say "fixied" and their first instinct is "hire a lawyer" - wow. Just wow.

I think the reason is because now they have unlimited calling to any mobile with unlimited text.

You agreed to mediation in your contract

I wouldn't get too excited yet. I preordered my i4s and some features didn't show. I didnt show the unlimited data, that I'm grandfathered into, nor the unlimited messaging that another poster spoke of with unlimited mobile to mobile and unlimited text. But it was still on my contract.

Btw, I still have my A-list. They just limit you on making changes. Might as well say it's on its' way out.

I really have no desire for A-list because of the unlimited mobile-to-any mobile calling which as builtup 5000 roll over min.

I thought I would miss a list and I did for a brief second but with anymobile I have plenty of rollover minutes for the landline calls so for me no a list is needed. What I have now is much much better than a list was, at least for me. Now I don't even have to think about minutes.

Here is a link to the A-List feature:
    http://www.att.com/esupport/article....id=bUlAksIF3tP
According to the link, A-List is discontinued as of 9/1/2001 for new customers. Existing customers with the feature may keep it as long as they have a qualifying voice plan. AT&T Mobility reserves the right to discontinue it at any time with notice.

Pay money to hire a lawyer that you can't use anyways because you agreed to arbitration, all to get more useless minutes to rollover. huh?

I highly value my a-list. Unlimited anytime mobile to mobile doesn't give you free google voice calling. That's probably one of the main reasons they killed it.
