That sure is one ugly and bulky Motorola smartphone. Though it's ugly and bulky, it sure doesn't look durable like the current iDen phones. I sure hope that this isn't really the Motorola they mentioned releasing with those Kyoceras'.

Typical responses from the typical posters...I'm sure if it were on iDEN it'd be the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Haven't seen anything about it being mil-spec either. As for the sliced bread comment, it wouldn't matter what carrier, that phone is just fugly. For the sake of Sprint, I sure hope these aren't the ones they definitely intend to use for launch. There's no incentive for me to change after seeing all of them now.

Probably because neither Sprint nor Motorola have officially released specs for it yet. Of course, the two Kyocera models have been confirmed a being military spec 810G, but you still poo-poo'd them too so I'm sure the responses will be similar no matter what they release.

Oh well, beauty is supposedly in the eye of the beholder so...

Why? Do you have any first hand info that the phones don't perform like they're supposed to?

There is nothing ugly or bulky about this.phone.

Considering its about the size of millions of blackberrys, but with better specs.

I think it looks fine except for the weird 90s battery door but it's on sprint so it's a no go for me

Ok so no Biggy you don't have Sprint.
