So its definitely a 1Ghz processor? I've read some people say 1 and some say 1.2Ghz. DO we have any solid info on that?

FCC documents state the processor is up to 1GHz.

Long time lurker... Read all of part 1.

I just noticed in the landscape app drawer pic that there are four window markers suggesting this version of blur has sliding windows instead of the usual long scrolling app drawer, which I prefer. Does anyone know if other new blur phones have an option to enable the long app drawer scrolling?

Also, I found the comparative information provided in part 1 of moto pentile screens very helpful. If the long winded posts were more efficient and were not argued with such repetitiveness, the informer would have been much more appreciated.

The fcc documents is hardly "proof" of 1ghz why are you saying we "know" it is 1ghz? Unless you have some inside knowledge youd like to share?

So benchmarks.for the droid3 are showing pretty piss poor performance, as in my dx gets higher... This is likely the same processer as the bionic. This bother anyone else?

Well... we know it's an OMAP4 processor, and I think it's safe to assume that it's not the 4460. Doesn't leave a lot of room to guess. Benchmarks don't reflect real world usage, so I'm withholding judgment until we can see it in action.

1GB of ram should help for better performance.

More interested in real world performance, LTE performance, and battery life than some fancy score...

Why are we assuming it isn't the 4460? From what I've read the 4460 was tested late last year/early this year, and was supposed to be in devices by Q3. We're now in Q3. And the Targa was actually planned to be released even later, so why is there no chance of it being the 4460?
