    No more the support?

Is it true they are getting rid of tech support in the Corp stores? Hmmm curious if Corp stores will be busy now!

Yes it is true, and yes they will still be busy, as they will still see the benefit of the foot traffic that customer service sends them, as CS only refers upgrading customers to COR stores, at least for the most part.
Low price, Excellent Service, High Quality. Pick any two, but you never get all three.

So if a customer comes into one of our indirect stores with an issue with a phone he did not purchase from us, can we finally tell the customer we do not do tech support in the store?

Its called OneRep, sales rep does it all now. While management sits in the back writing coaching materials and *****ing you out because you're not hitting quota.

This is not new. They have been phasing out techs and converting to a one-rep system in corporate stores since 2007, one region at a time.
