I tried searching but couldn't come up with much info.

First things first I have 3 email accounts on my iPhone one of which uses Microsoft exchange for work which is "pushed". As a note my company uses exchange 2003.

Now since I got my iPhone 2 weeks ago my calendar reminders do not work on my phone or my work computer. This is very strange, and even my IT dept does not know why this happens. The appointments sync fine over the air, but just no reminders that an appointment is coming up.

I installed lockinfo last week which gives me a look at what appointments are coming up, but I really prefer for my phone to ring and of course have the usual reminder on my work computer.

If anyone can offer any assistance I would greatly appreciate it.
