    Mail-in Rebate

    Hey everyone,

I've worked at Rogers for quite some time but there is one thing I can never find/figure out, and from the title of the thread, it is in regards to the Manufacture Mail-in Rebate.

I understand we give customers the mail-in rebate form in store for them to fill out and mail, but there is supposed to be an option to complete the rebate online on Rogers.com!

Can anyone direct me or possibly provide a link to where the online redemption of the rebate is?? I've looked all over the site (and through MyRogers when logged in) and cannot find it ANYWHERE.

It's kind of frustrating especially when Rogers advertise that you have the option to complete the rebate online but I have never been able to guide the customer as to where and how to get to it!

    Thanks!

Log in to My Rogers (rogers.com)
Click on Products and Services Tab
Select the CTN from the dropdown
Click "Get my Phone Rebate" link
Form should be filled out already
    Hit Submit for Email Confirmation

It only shows after a HUP is done.

Ok so I guess since I HUPed back in August the link doesn't show up for me. Thanks for the tip!

If you HUP'd back in August 2010, the general rule is after 90 days you're no longer eligible for the 50$, but call in to wireless billing anyway and just say you forgot all about it and while you can't get the 50$ cash credit you will probably be offered a few months of a particular service for free, that service totaling about 50$. (My girlfriend works in rogers wireless billing and she says they're pretty easy about the 50$ credit after the fact, but don't wait too long).

You should also be able to track the status of your rebate once you submit it, from that same area. So much better than sticking the form in an envelope.

Actually if the rebate was never processed they can create a case to have the $50 rebate applied usually in 48-72 hours. I have never seen these cases rejected, even if someone never had sent in the mail in rebate.

The drop down is only if you have more then 2 or more phone numbers.

Otherwise, it should be on the left side of the Products and Services tab.

If you have a corporate account or got an iPhone then it won't show up.

Also Retention upgrades do not qualify for the rebate, as it's built into it.

Rogers has to be the only company still doing "rebates".
