    Lose weight?

    Whats the best way to lose weight? I mean like 50 pounds or so in 1-2 months?

    Does starving help?

    that doesnt sound healthy man.

    but a strict diet of low carbs
    and exercising like twice a day should do it

    but now 50 pounds in 2 months

    maybe 15-25ibs

    stay away from pasta bread eggs milk etc....
    and empty calories. try not to eat after 8pm. u dont want too much in ur system while u sleep.

    and do cardio.
    maybe swimming in the morning.
    and running at night.

    like an hour of each.

    (btw i'm no expert going on general and common knowledge)

    hm.. u r wut u eat .. so don't eat anything that tastes too good

    watch your sugar,fat,carbz intake ... i'd say oakmeal, green veggies, fruits, boiled lean meats,fish ... cut sugar and oils .. u'll get enuff sugar from da carbz and fruits and veggie

    ya .. jog and swim'n is great ... swim'n doesn't burn as much calories .. but not as harsh on da knees

    u should also make sur eu hav resistance trainning ... more muscle mass increase your metabolism

    so ... eat right .....2 hrs jog/swim..... 45min weight/resistance trainning(exercise different parts to avoid injury)

    plz .... comment on this .... i'm looking into getting back into shape myself

    -Cardio, LOTS of cardio
    -3 meals a day with no snacks
    -Don't eat 5-6hrs before you sleep.
    -Cut out fast food and fried stuff
    -Watch your carbs intake.
    -Drink lots of water.

    exercise TWICE A DAY?? is that even healthy or safe? your muscles need rest after exercising, that's why you rest for one day when working on a group of muscles..

    So going to the gym, and using the machines... how many repetition should I do on each machine?

    depends......... what r u trying to achieve? muscle toning? muscle building? ..............

    best bet is to ask the trainers at ur gym, they're always helpful.

    Hey i was wondering what is so bad with carbohydrates?
    because it seems like everything i eat has it
    i was wondering what i should eat in order to lose weight really fast
    it seems like everytime i excercise
    i get nothing from it, like my fat doesnt go away
    any suggestions on my eating and my excercise?

    Nothing, it's the misinformation associated with it by the average person thanks to all these fad keto diets. If you work out , carbs are very important in a body fat loss program. You simply don't want to lose weight on the scale, you want to lose bodyfat. Plus, effective carbo loading takes place over the course of a week to 10 days prior to an event, not the night before. If they are stored all as fat, how many 200 lb. African or any other marathoin runners have you seen? Wouldn't they be fat since training and eating all these carbs for months in order to do their miles? My firend was at around 5% come marathon time, I will be down to around 7% for mine come October.

    The Atkins diet; no carbs, only meat :P and you lose weight like crazy! Many people have tried it.
