Apparently sometime 13 July afternoon, my phone quit receiving calls and email. I figured ... let's update the PRL and do the automagic reset that comes with it.

*228 message has changed ... no "update roaming" or "program your phone".

Update complete, screen goes blank, power button does nothing. It is a Touch with a reset, but I figured, lets pull the battery for sure. 35 emails ...

I wish I knew when this was required before going 20 hours not receiving customer calls.
