    Happy U-Verse customer here

We signed up a few months ago, and have been pretty happy with them so far. Anyone else use them? We have TV and internet right now. Internet is pretty fast, I would say faster than the package we had on Comcast. The TV is also nice, and we love the 4 channel DVR.

I'm only supposed to have att dsl but they have me sign in on uverse now. Don't know what's up with that as uverse is fiber optic and not available in my area. Cable is unavailable in this area as well.

I love uverse. It is a much better choice than Cox, here in Oklahoma.

thats cause they have to pull a seperate fiber strand from the nearest fiber ring and run it 2 the remote area they want to feed U-Verse to...
Its not one of those available everywhere things. Its up to the upper management / engineer's to decide where THEY want to put it in at... Only if they think its feasable.

i noticed the speed and connection drop throughout the week. it be slow as nails during weekends and pickup at odd times, unlike my verizon fios connection.

the tv was ok, we have only 1 tv so yeah.

I'm all for anything I can get that'll do away with what I'm paying for Comcast. U-Verse is starting up on the north end of my county (about 25 miles away). Hopefully it'll get to me soon. My needs are modest, but I especially want to check out the 4-channel DVR. I'm still running analog cable (great for running two or three recorders in series), but they're involuntarily migrating me over to digital by October. Not much interest in satellite.

I have had U-Verse TV, Internet and phone service since May of 2009 and have been extremely happy with the service.

I do miss my DirecTV service in my camper but can live without TV for a few days.

My comcast was a little faster/reliable. I can upgrade the speed if I want to pay more but comcast definitely had the advantage when it came to the internet.
