I work for bell, and if you can't get DSL it is worth getting. It's basically the same price as dial up but alot faster.

What is your experience with this service? Is it worth getting?

I used to have the mobile one, it was ok.. Whenever a train went behind my house the internet crapped out, it is all about line of sight. If you plan on doing any heavy downloading/gaming it is terrible. I ended up switching to the In-home unit(mounted outside) it doesn't disconnect when trains go bye, but it isn't all that great.. I have gone threw 5 modems from them dieing on me.. Since bell has gone crazy pushing the Unplugged service lately it is overloaded about 4 times over if not more. I have been told this bye Bell.. It isn't very stable, a lot of times at night it craps out. Average downloaded speed is 100-200kbs when it is good, more often than not lately it is about 40-80kbs. This is downloading from Rapidshare.. Keep in mind this service is a shared service with Rogers, so Bell has 5 times the number of people it is rated for on it, plus whatever rogers has... If nothing is available and all you do is regular internet usage it is ok... If you can get regular DSL get it!!!
I have test in the past ... and the service is good if you can't have have dsl or anothers broadband ... but ... same review as jim_l ... the service is overloaded and used by rogers and bell ...
