Well said. Who knows what we'll have this fall/winter. If I keep waiting I'll be stuck with age-old tech.

Hopefully there will be a GSM version of this phone - not the Windows Mobile version that T-Mobile is peddling.

waiting for my new nexus one to arrive, and I get the feeling that its old already, Monday it was new tech, but tuesday I discovered this beast, who knows what will pop up tomorrow.

I guess we just have to enjoy what we have, or go broke trying to stay on top of it

Now that Quicken burned Pocket Quicken I am no longer held to Winmo. And we get signal for Sprint in my work place so I might be getting this once it comes out. Like said above, HD2 on steroids. Wonder if it will have a be a wifi router like the HD2. And when will it come out!

Sprint had the Sprint WiFi Router application installed on the demo Evo's at the show yesterday, it can be used by up to 8 devices I believe. Even if it wouldn't come with it, you could root the phone and have a free wifi tethering application.

I wouldn't be surprised if HTC released a GSM version by the end of the year or something similar. It's only march and we're seeing these specs.

That phone is definitely sick. However, I'll wait and see what the next UNLOCKED GSM phone from Google looks like.

Until then, I'll be rocking the N1. Matter of fact, only way I'll be getting rid of my N1 is if the the new iPhone is too good to pass... however I doubt it very seriously.

    Apple has become too complacent.

There will not be a GSM version of this phone. Reason behind this is 4G WiMax is a Sprint/Clear technology and GSM is launching LTE along with Verizon.

The screen is a 4.3" TFT LCD, and not a AMOLED display. This phone is still delicious in every way though.
