Forgot Password HelpMy phone is connected through my company. In order to get into phone i must enter password. I have forgotten my password what the heck do I do. I have contacted it guys at work, they say they dont have passwords, ATT cant help either what do i do.
Your IT should be able to reset your password from the BES (if you're on it). Otherwise, you're SOL - put in the wrong password a certain number of times and your phone will master reset.
As kiko... mentioned ask your BES admin to reset it for you if you are on BES otherwise keep typing anything for 10 times and the unit will wipe out. All your data and contacts will be gone
