    SERO and Sprint Premier

I have been with Nextel/Sprint for a little over 10 years. (mostly Nextel)

Has anyone had "Premier" status added to a SERO account?

I guess the access to "Now" means you get a 2 year upgrade discount every year instead of every two. But if you are 1 year into a 2 year contract and upgrade and extend for 2 more years. Are you now are 3 years?

It seems if you keep extending your contract while you are still in the middle of your current contract, you would end up with a 3 year contract. Unless they cancel your remaining contract and extend 2 years from the date of upgrade.

But wouldn't you really only be extending 1 year? Because in a year when you upgrade again, you would get a new 2 year contract. I must be missing something.

The previous contract is voided when you upgrade, if you've been a ten year subs you should talk to Account Services about Premier
