    CallingMart

Every single purchase from them has required a phone call to get a pin. This is my last purchase from them!

    Anyone else running into this?

No phone call except for the first purchase a couple of years ago.

BTW, my last PIN purchase was 11/11/09.

They called the first time I dealt the them which was 3 years ago. I preciated the call.
Have ordered from them many time, never a problem. PINs are delivered first on the web site instantly then an email with PIN and instructions to apply.
IMO great to deal with and prices as good as anyone usually.

I have had similar results as 25jive1 had (web site and email), but I'm pretty sure that I didn't get the phone call to start me off, but then again that first order was only for a $10 card. Never had any problems with PINs, but I just got two new PINs on sale that I plan on using sometime in the future. I always keep the web page up with the pin result until I get the email, which always seem to come within a few minutes.

I guess somehow they have flagged my account, I have 3 pp phones and obviously purchase anywhere up to 3 pins a month. Every purchase I receive an email stating that they are putting it into manual hold. I have tried Credit Card, Paypal, doesn't matter. I guess they just don't like me :-/

I have the same problem, and I can't see a legitimate reason for it. Even the one time they didn't call, the email didn't arrive in a timely fashion. I don't see how they stay in business, if they have to make a call every time somebody wants to buy something.

Ordered 5 times and got called twice. Tells me they are concerned about security, so it doesn't bother me.

I guess I am more verbose than I thought.

Anyway, I am curious what is causing it, as there is yet another person with the same problem...
