On Friday, I received a new SIM card in the mail from Primus. I called them and they said that the card would be activated within 12 hours.

Saturday morning, 24 hours later, my card still isn't active. I called them and they said that it won't be activated until some time on Monday. Why? Because their service people don't work weekends. Hey Primus, customers use their cell phones 7 days a week!

If you're a potential Primus customer reading this, and having doubts about their dedication to providing good customer service, just call them at 1-800-806-3273. You'll note that they don't have a dedicated line for cellphone customers, and that cellular service is way down the menu at item no. 6. Wouldn't you rather deal with a company that places cellphone service at the top of their priorities?
