    ATTN Montreal Customers - Check your saved voicemail

    Hey. Everyone in Montreal who may have saved voicemails. Can you check to see if they've been erased. Apparantly someone pushed the wrong button and several customers in Montreal have had their saved voicemails deleted. They can't be recovered.

    Have a great weekend!

    You're right! My saved messages are no longer there. None were important, so no big deal.

    Can you give me an idea of what I could ask for as compensation?

    After I ask for that, ... and they refuse ..., I'll ask them to reinstate "US roaming" in my grandfathered unlimited data plan which I've kept active in my account since 2003.

    They say it's normal. Now, the mailbox works like this. They say that there was a warning on the invoice. I lost all my messages. I am really furious.

    Since Rogers bought Fido, all changes are bad. I am no longer able to trust Fido. As soon as Bell or Telus launch their new network, I change.

    Sorry for my bad English...

    As a former ClearNET/Telus customer who switched to a little mutt many many years ago, I've wanted to switch back, but the truth is, they're all evil. Telus would probably do something to annoy me some time in the future, and then suddenly Fido would look like the lesser evil.

    As the saying goes, "the grass is always greener on the other side." (and I'm not affiliated with any of the carriers).

    ^as a long time rogers customer, from the time of cantel at&t i can say that in my opinion rogers has been going downhill for a while;

    and in all honesty telus has made numerous positive changes; so yes; the grass does seem greener...

    or if u prefer, no ones watering the grass over at rogers/fido..!!
