Do Help-->About... Which version are you running?

There is a 7.1.40.1 but I can't get to it from Nokia's website it. But if I do Web-->Check for updates... it shows up.

The newer version is supposed to fix Windows 7 compatibility. Let me know if that helps.

For Win 7 I use Ovi Suite. On my old XP Media Center, I was using plain ol PC Suite.

What do you mean you can't "sync" your phone? Is the PC not detecting the device at all?

you need to go into the sync settings of Ovi to tell it what you want to sync.

It may be different on Ovi, but in PC Suite when you press "sync" button for the first time it launches a wizard that walks you through sync set up process, like specifying what you want to sync with (Outlook). Isn't there something like that for Ovi?

Is there an error message? Does it time out? What exactly happens?

When you bring up a sync program in PC Suite there should be a button with a wrench icon, it's a set up wizard. Have you tried to run it?

I've read through peoples twitters that it is actually a good piece of software and also only costs $2.99. The only problem i have with it is that it only helps when you are around a wifi connection. So for example if you are on the highway the software will not make a difference.. at least from what I've read up about it. If anyone has any first hand experience please let us know!
