"The kids" have a cat. I use the quotes because I'm the one it follows around the house, sleeps in my bed, crawls in my lap when we're all just sitting around. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I'm the one that feeds the damn thing, and cleans out it's litter box?

Pet by proxy is my gf's cat, rambo. Weird little bundle of schizo energy that one, shes the
feline definition of a mutt mixed with a mutt.

I have a 1 year and 3 month old Vietnamese Pot Belly Pig. Her name is Suzie and she is my baby! I love her very much. I got her when she was 3 weeks old and had to wean her myself, and raised her in my house for the first 6 months of her life. On the first day she was to go live outside in her new fenced in yard, she got spooked and broke her front right leg, so inside she had to go once more for 3 more months. By this time she was still smaller than a Beagle. I have taken so much care of her and invested a lot of money into her care, safety, and her new house I built her.

Here is a picture of her at 3 weeks old... She is smaller than a Chihuahua in this picture, next to her stuffed animal in a baby bassinet in my room. The next picture is of "Suzie Hut", her new house in construction... And the last is a picture of my wife with our Suzie around Thanksgiving 2009.

I have a cat that is orange tabby and white. His name is "Goldie" and he is close to 19 years old. I found him at a gas station in January, 1992. It was a very cold Minnesota winter night and he was frantically trying to get into the convenience store or into someone's car. I gave the cashier my name and phone number and told her to call me if anyone is looking for the cat. I took him home. Then a stray female cat came to our house. (We lived out in the country at the time. Many stray cats would come.) She stayed and we named her "Axel". We eventually had Goldie and Axel fixed, but not until Axel had a litter of kittens. We kept two of them. Axel died about two months after the kittens were born. Both of the kittens were black, white and gold tabby. We named them "Charity" and "Patches". Charity died in 2005 and Patches died just two weeks ago. Goldie and Patches were very close and we can tell that he misses her. He doesn't have his play time anymore and we have been trouble getting him to eat. I just brought home some salmon and tuna in hopes of improving his appetite.

BEAUTIFUL dogs. I LOVE Huskies. I'm planning on getting one in the near future.

Callie, 2 year old Calico. She's a rescue who was given to me by my ex girlfriend.

    Edit:

Here's Simba, he's a 17 year old (!) orange tabby. He lives up in Chicago with my parents and he's alive and doing VERY well. He's very healthy, especially for his age.

    Telephonically NEVER satisfied.
