hey thx a lot for 1.27

dunno if this is a bug but on my bell touch ever since i flashed to 1.27, everytime i touch the screen, it lightly vibrates the battery for some reason

    Great work on 1.27!

I was wondering though, after flashing to 1.27 I noticed the entire screen seem to have slightly shifted to the right. It's to a poiint where the right border of the screen is covering a bit of the viewable screen.

Is there a way to "shift" the screen a bit to the left?

I believe under settings there is a screen button, with an option to align the screen. Try that.

I just flashed to 1.27 last night, and so far I'm liking this new ROM a fair bit. My device seems noticeably faster (and just like with the 1.25 firmware, I haven't installed anything extra). As soon as I tap anything, the device responds immediately!

Very nice job with this one. (and I like the TouchResponse thing for when I'm typing).

Does AGPS help for setting location when inside? When I'm at work, I cannot pickup a satellite but if AGPS does triangulation based on cell towers, does that mean it can find me even when inside?

    Anyone tested the beta yet?

Footprints geotags your photo's with GPS coordinates of where you took it.

Here's a demo video of it in action: http://wmpoweruser.com/?p=2567

What's the best way to install Opera. Extract the cab and then drag/drop to the phone?

Have you ever installed a CAB on your device? Just copy the file to your phone and click on it from file explorer. It will auto-install. That's it.
