Just pray you don't have to return it.
I have never had a problem ordering from Telesales/websales. It's been the returns and exchanges that have been pure nightmares.

Ok, I have to put a plug in for Sprint's online fulfillment process.
I ordered an 8330 as an upgrade Monday morning and it was delivered about 28 hours later.
Sprint may have some CS issues but they did this right.
Just pray you don't have to return it.

I have to agree here...
I ordered my past two blackberry curve's on a Saturday evening and had them in my hand Monday morning.
Even UPS's tracking system was all screwed up. They kept saying it was scheduled for delivery on the Tuesday but the details would say Out For Delivery on Monday...
...low and behold, there it was...
...so, I am impressed with there order fulfillment process...

If returning it ever becomes a necessity, i believe you can return it in person to a corporate store, if you want to avoid any possible problems.
The reason they ship out so face is because the phone comes out of the UPS center in Kentucky which opens/begins processing shipments at around 2 A.M.! They are usually shipped same day too, so maybe that's why.
I am looking to take over a former *Centennial Wireless* Account that was converted to *VERIZON*. Preferably one with a data card, but I won't discriminate if it's a voice plan with a dumbphone/smartphone/whatever. If it's a former Centennial Account and is now a VERIZON account, but still has the Centennial Plan on it, then I AM INTERESTED!

Correct, so long as you do not have a business acct (I do).
Business acount here and corporate has happily taken my online order returns.
I was refused and told I could only return it to telesales...wonder why.
I ordered a Sprint Curve 8330 as an upgrade online using My Sprint/Web Sales on Saturday 11/29 and the device was delivered by UPS to my house on Monday 12/1.
I'm aware of Sprint using UPS' large fulfillment/Air Shipment center in Kentucky and in the case of this order my expectations were exceeded as I didn't expect the device until today.![]()
