    3.5mm 4 conductor extension cable

I am trying to get a hands free setup going in my car. My radio has an auxiliary input (3.5 mm female.) So I can listen to the music on the iPhone 3G through the stereo, but if someone calls I have to unplug it and use the phone. I have found part of the solution here:
    Amazon

This essentially splits the output, and gives me a microphone, and I can plug a normal 3.5 mm male to male stereo cable from the output to the input on the radio. The problem is the cable on the Monster device isn't long enough. I want to route the microphone so it is up by my visor. In order to do this I would have to get an extension from the iPhone to the Monster device. The best I can find is a male to male cable from:
    Vecto

But, I need male to female or a coupler. I can't seem to find either in any retail store or online vendor. It seems like a simple request to me, but apparently I might as well go looking for a mermaid. Has anyone seen anything like this or have a similar setup?

Thanks for the help, but that won't allow me to use the phone function without unplugging the jack. I can already listen to music through the car speakers using the direct plug.
I didn't specify this in my original post but what I am looking for is a 3.5 mm 4 conductor male to female cable about 6 feet long or a 3.5 mm 4 conductor coupler.

    another source at $9.00

I bought one from electronics plus and it worked really well. But I needed another 10 of these guys for my staff (we connect our iMacs to our VoIP PBX) we all use iPhone headsets. Found the QIX-1.0 from SpeakerCraft. Labeled as a Quad IR 15' Extension Cable. but plugs into the back of the iMac and my iPhone headset into the other end, and I can get 2 for the elecplus pricing. Bought my cable at thrillingaudio.com http://www.thrillingaudio.com/Speake...%20qix-1_0.htm

The button on the iPhone headset works to pause iTunes for the win!
