    it still exists, but I believe it's not offered at the moment.

    Basically, they're not supposed to, but can if they feel like it.

    would u mind telling me how u know this information? i spoke to 5 different retention reps and they all told me that the code for epp is not available anymore so they can't even try anything.

    Well I obviously can't be 100% sure, but I'd been told the same thing, that it doesn't exist anymore, it's impossible, there's no such thing... then had a rep who was like, "we're not supposed to, but here"

    Plus I believe it was being advertised a week or two ago according to someone here.

    no the 17.30 plan is no longer publicly available nor is it available as a retention tool anymore as well

    Well I know for a fact both the EPP 17:30 and the super talk 10 are both available. I just got the super talk 10 and my dad just got the 17.30. Both of us are new customers.

    I didn't really negotiate. I simply asked what plans were available. I was originally on a 25 dollar matched fido plan (100 min, fido to fido, 1000e/w min).

    No idea what the name of this plan is.

    You said that was on a new activation..did you ask for that specifically or did they recommend it to you..

    It's not a bad deal by any means. I have the almost extact same plan without free telus to telus but includes 75min long distance canada minutes, and I pay $15+$15 for data. Been a client for 8 years.
