    ROFL - Retention Direct Line Change

    YAY! They are finally changing the number for the direct line to retention. It's about bloody time. And from what I hear the new number will not be soo freely given out anymore and will change often.

    I had this ***** come to work the other day and shes like: "how much do you think retentions can lower the price of the iphone for me, cause usually when i b***h at them they give me what they want"

    I hate people who abuse retention. Its good that the ret. people can no longer be harassed by random people that directly contact them.

    They've been pretty solid about their no iPhone discounts, I've actually had a few people call me and try and get a discount because retention wouldn't do anything and then I get a stupid smirk on my face and get to explain policy hooray!

    You sure he didn't call them number get tossed into CS queue then handed to customer relations because they were doing overflow like they have been for awhile?

    They havn't turned it off yet. The rogers one directs you back to normal CS after playing a message. The Fido will do the same once they turn it off. Something about a misprint is what I was told for the reason it was turned off.
