No. Each certificate is good for YOUR IMEI for any number of applications. A new device requires a new certificate. I have no idea when they're going to open the gates again.

That is the first I've seen of that part of symbiansigned. If you can get it to work, I just wrote this entire guide for nothing.

Jonny, I was only able to finish Step 4, Part 3 of your instructions, I dont think I made an .SIS file. I tried to finish the process with the link MusicSoulChild provided (by the way THANKS!!) but symbiansigned.com is still asking for a .SIS file. Am I missing something?

Per their website, Symbian Signed is asking for the sis file you're looking to sign.

-Note that Open Signed Online currently does not allow you to sign a SIS that is "owned" by someone else and hasn't been enabled for Open Signing; i.e. if a SIS uses a UID from the "Protected Range", the email address you use for Open Signed Online MUST match the email address of the account which owns/created the UID.

damn so basically unless im samir i can't sign rotate me for my phone, maybe that's why it's Open Signed Online (BETA)

Jonny, basically its the part where Im waiting for:

    Your request has failed. Reason:
    - Developer Certificates are currently DISABLED for users without a Publisher ID. Users who DO NOT have a Publisher ID CANNOT request Developer Certificates or use Open Signed Offline.
    - Open Signed Online and Offline for users without a Publisher ID will NOT be available temporarily, an update will be provided during Week beginning 25th Feb

This gets a bit more confusing at times...

That's the same part we're all getting stuck at now. We just have to wait it out until they bring it back online.

You can use the link provided by MusicSoulChild to sign apps through their servers, but its limited. I just tested it and was able to get a signed copy of RockNScroll for my N95-3. I guess it's better than nothing for now.

I hate to bump this, but what kind of BS is this?

How are people suppose to develop all the great little gadgets on this platform if you have to shell out big cash for a Developer Certificate. 200+ dollars... WTF.. Whats the reason?

    Im a little upset.
