So, I can not get my computer to recognize the phone! Not sure what is going on, it sees it as an unkwown USB device. I installed the software and uninstalled several times, no luck. I see the folder where the USB drivers are in my computer (program files/O2/usb drivers) but, nothing seems to work??? Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, I have tried to sync on two different computers, one running XP and one running Windows Media, and neither worked. Both said the same thing, unkwown USB device, no drivers loaded?? Very frustrating!!!

    hey guys
sorry to spoil your fun, but i sold mine already
    reason being:

    1) the interior of the phone too bland and too rubber/plastic feeling.
    2) the phone is slow...compared to a lot of other phones i've used, its a very slow reacting phone
    3) the size of the phone is on the big side
my sx313 kinda sucks, i'm gonna get a different phone soon

When you plug in the usb, on the cocoon itself it'll say transfer files and something else....i believe you choose transfer files...not sure if that helps out at all...

Gotcha, except I can't even get that far. My computer says, "unknown USB device." And the phone says, "Please connect USB cable." So, the phone does not recognize that it is connected the computer and the computer does not recognize that it is in fact the cocoon connected.

The only thing that makes any sense to me is that the USB drivers are not installing properly. Nothing else makes any sense at all.

Would someone be willing to send me their zipped USB drivers? They are in a folder under programfiles/o2/usbdrivers? I really do not understand why the phone can not be recognized by the computer and it is driving me nuts!

Congrats!!! It is a great phone! Little quirky but it really gets a lot of looks!

Ok, so, I figured out my USB drivers for the phone did not install properly with the PC Suite install process. I have no idea why. When I go into c/program files/O2/USB Drivers, I see a file that says setup.exe which certainly would appear to be an install file for the drivers. However I can not actually launch the file to install the drivers separately. I need help!!!

    3G services by O2

Friends, Telecom giants O2, Orange and T-Mobile have launched 3G services for corporate clients - basically plug-in cards to bring laptop PC users high speed data on the move. Search http://paymonthlymobileorg.blog.com/ for more in O2.
