REALLY?!?!?! I would love that. Then I might think about the iPhone 3G...

    In the QC.

So Des Moines is getting 3G before Omaha? Oh man... Unless Omaha got it recently which I haven't heard anything about.

Iowa will probably be last on the list for 3G. I mean c'mon, it's IOWA! In the meantime, I'd settle for an Android phone...oh wait, Iowa doesn't have T-Mobile either. Poopies.

Iowa has T-mobile. But i hardly see T-mobile launching 3G here for a VERRRY long time considering they just started launching it not long ago.

Looks like it got pushed back into November due to all the storms and such that we had around here, plus the flooding in Cedar Rapids. Groovy.

When i go to their website and put in my zipcode, i can view their coverage and buy a plan, and i've had a sidekick in the past with T-mobile. So yes, they do.

When I put in mine, I get T-Mobile ROAMING coverage only. Is that what you're getting, too?

Oh wait, I'll be damned, I moved over the map and they are in Des Moines. Who knew?

T-Mobile native coverage in Iowa is limited to Ames and Des Moines area. The rest of the entire state is serviced by iWireless, which is a wholly-owned carrier ('affiliated' with T-Mo).

1 report of 3G in NW Davenport. Not sure if it's a test, or if one tower went on before the rest, but good news either way.
