I do have a question about the RichardSolo battery, though... does the USB connector also allow for syncing or just charging when connecting to the computer?

Just got the kensington k33396us...awesum package, complete with 2 charge cables, and the battery....charging it up now, so I'll see how long the charge lasts once its charged up..

I have no experience with this battery, just thought I'd link other options.

Site says 1770mAh, price is listed at $49 in their online shop but delivery time says 30 days. Plugs directly into the iPhone, similar to the kensington mini and richardsolo.
