So far, I can only get my BT8010 to not have assloads of Crackling Static by not having any address book entries on 1.33 firmware.

So basically an entire feature set of the BT8010 is useless.

Hope they fix it in the next firmware update. I'm just glad I saved the 1.33 firmware.

BTW, I've had this problem with both my 6800 Mogul and 6900 Touch for Sprint.

The 8120/8130 Pearls do support A2DP...I don't know about the original 8100 models.

I've using my wife's Jabra BT8030 with my VZW 8130 Pearl right now, and have used it w/my Jabra BT8010.

    Bumpity bump bump

It didn't immediately jump out at me that there was another BT8010 topic and this is the one I saw regarding firmware and such, so figured this was the proper place for it.

The old link in the original post is now 404. Registration is no longer needed or used, evidently. You just go straight to:
    http://uswww03.gnnetcom.com/Myjabra/...center_na.html
and it provides links to the control center, as well as a link to firmware 1.40! Unfortunately the firmware doesn't seem to change anything (particularly noted, the inability to keep the display from turning off - it's so geek and cool and I want to show it off!), but it may solve some bugs, like those that I've experienced all day today, my first day with my BT8010.

    Enjoy.

    Bt 8010

    Has anyone used the BT8010 on a Samsung Instinct M800? I'm currently using a WEP200 and a 510.

    Thanks all!

    Cheers Bro!
