I checked the Google Play Store and do not see the app listed for eSIM. Have they changed which app they use for that on Android?

How do you get the sim card from t-mobile to port over to their prepaid service coming from Verizon? The phone accepts eSIMs. T-mobile's website says they offer eSIM, but I'm no longer seeing the app...
