I wouldn't bet on it... I've used Petro with Rogers-locked phones only (and of course unlocked phones)
There's a reason it's cheap and unlimited, it's because they block most heavy usage ports. (or at least they did then I had them)
There are complex ways around it, but I won't discuss them here...
