A few prepaid plans got it, as well as BingeOn...of the currently offered plans, only the 10GB Simply Prepaid plan includes Music Freedom. Connect is excluded and Unlimited doesn't need it.

Good catch on there since it contradicts with the plan selection page...not surprising and not the first time the FAQ page didn't match the actual plan selection page either.
