You can lookup the nearest serving site here: https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html and see if all the bands are supported with your tubo hub. Also try moving the hub to a window,...
This is the sad truth about Canada. It's cheaper just to get a US SIM in the USA and use it here. Yet most of you voted for the same lame politicians as last time... I saw was Justine did the last 4...
I'm on the 10GB plan. This is not America, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, Spain, Italy, France, United Kingdom, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Japan, Vietnam, India, Ireland, Portugal,...
New plans will have to come out eventually now that the carriers have bit the unlimited bullet. Will we ever have it as good as European, Asian or American countries (aka the rest of the 1st world)?...
For some reason there is no Telus: label...
Hi,
So thought I would start a thread on this after switching to Telus myself with my partner on Public mobile. I'm coming from Virgin (Bell essentially) which has literally been a rock solid...
Yup. Honestly though Telus has its issues too... WiFi calling on Android can't be set to WiFi preferred (it's a real setting, virgin had it), completely defeating the purpose of having it. They also...
Ditto on the wifi calling setting. It's very annoying they actually remove the option in the CSC (Carrier Specific Customization) to allow the client to choose wifi preferred or cellular preferred.
...
Add another one to the list, enjoying a WiFi call today and it just cut out and all of a sudden I'm on cellular (without the call). Never ever had that happen on Virgin. Telus is proving it is not as...
You just brought a tear to my eye. God bless America.
Yes, I was with Virgin for about 7 years without any problems at all. I mean literally zero issues. Since switching to Telus for unlimited data I've noticed a few hiccups in just 2 months with them....
Lol it's not a true unlimited plan, it's dialup speed.
Go to an all you can eat buffet at one chicken ball / plate at a time? Worth it? Not really.
Golden ticket to the US any day.
Preaching to the choir! In the US you can get true unlimited on 4 lines for $150. Here you can get one line, still throttled, 20 GB $110.
Oh Canada, I don't know why I'm here.
True patriot love,...
It's still the case today. The mix of their soon to be shutdown CDMA network that needs provisioning and LTE that can't (or won't) send your phone instructions on how to do VoLTE is a really poor...
Well on my list trip to Las Vegas just about 20 minutes by car out of the city and only AT&T and Verizon can be seen. T-Mobile is good if you're only going to stay in the metro areas. They have been...
So I do agree with you the pricing is worse but the coverage here in Ontario at least is vastly superior to Rogers, period.
Ah my billion dollar gas plant and wiped hard drives... I've found it best to just shut up and eat the dog * until you can afford to leave this country. Your children will still be paying for that...
Hmm? This is only $5 better than the standard telus multi line discount?

What does it matter? They have a monopoly on the telco industry. They could literally provide the *worst* service and people still have no choice but to buy from them. This is Canada after all.
Hey hey I think you're being a bit hard on them... After all everyone in Canada get's a participation award
So long as they tried, completely botched the english language and didn't fix a...
In 2 or 3 years One Web and Starlink are going to offer global low latency high speed satellite for the masses. At that point Global Star and Iridum will slowly go out of business.
Exactly this, as the noise floor increases due to more activity on the tower you'll get less of a usable signal. I actually see this in practice every day at the cottage. Dry and clear or humid and...
Hi,
Hoping for someone on the inside to give us an idea on a date for the 5G rollout. Wondering if I should get the Note 10 or note, but with 5G possibly rolling out in 2020 it would be money down...
