I bought this phone for my 73 year old mother to replace her slow and sluggish Moto e5. Her sole purpose of a smartphone is to use WeChat and nothing else.

After I unboxed it, installed WeChat and then handed the phone to her, she complained the phone was too thick and heavy and didn't want it. So I ended up giving her my backup LG Stylo 4 for her to use.

So now I'm playing with this new toy. Yes it's definitely a bit bulky but it sure is a big improvement over the first Fold. I still rather carry the Galaxy Z Flip as my everyday phone.

I hope Samsung can make an outward folding phone like Huawei's so it won't be so bulky and heavy.

Thanks for the quick response! Well, I didn't know if it not being activated would make a difference, but unfortunately, I guess not. I saw one for sale, so I wanted to check. Was worth a shot.
