I'm in in a couple years when/if the screens been proven in real world use and the price drops to sub $300 even with lesser specs.

I've been a long-time Motorola fan going all the way back to the original MicroTAC with the thick half-length flip and single-row dot-matrix LED screen. I came this >< close to deciding to get this one. But in the end, spending basically pinnacle of top tier money on what is basically a mid-tier phone, with the typically mediocre cameras that comes with this brand these days, for just a single unique feature, that's what made the decision for me NOT to.

This is pretty much where I land. This is a mid-range phone at a premium price. Once the novelty of the flip wears off, one is left with the specs which aren't all that impressive.
