• Here’s the Pixel 3a and 3a XL

In today's morning briefing you can find leaked retail packaging and pricing information for the forthcoming mid-ranged Pixel 3a and 3a XL, widely expected to make their début at Google I/O next week. Now, thanks to Droid Life, we have official promo material (above) and press renders of the three available colours (below, albeit with DL's trademark pink background).

So here is the Pixel 3a in Clearly White, Just Black and the new variant, Purple-ish:

And here are the specs (and pricing) for each device:

    Pixel 3a
    5.6 inch FHD display
    Snapdragon 670 processor
    Dual-pixel 12 MP rear cameras
    Single 8 MP selfie cam
    4 GB RAM / 64 GB storage
    3000 mAh battery
    Active Edge sensor
    rear fingerprint reader
    headphone jack (!)
    Android 9.0 Pie
    Price: $399 USD

    Pixel 3a XL
    6 inch FHD display
    Snapdragon 670 processor
    Dual-pixel 12 MP rear cameras
    Single 8 MP selfie cam
    4 GB RAM / 64 GB storage
    3700 mAh battery
    Active Edge sensor
    rear fingerprint reader
    headphone jack (!)
    Android 9.0 Pie
    Price: $479 USD

If these details are correct, the Pixel 3a XL would actually have a larger battery than the 3430 mAh cell in the current 3XL. We'll have to wait until the official unveiling on Tuesday, May 7th to confirm.
