    In an effort to reduce paper consumption and encourage more clients to move towards online billing, TELUS is introducing new paper bill charges. To support this change, detailed billing and client service agreement updates will be made

    A monthly charge of $2 per account will be applied to maintain a paper bill for all
    consumer, business and corporate account types (e.Bill continues to be offered at no
    additional charge).

      I remember when I worked with at&t/cingular they moved to paperless billing awhile ago.. Full call detail where removed from the print version of the bill but could be accessed online for free via OLAM... Some loved the idea while others hated it, personally I have no problem with accessing my bill online

    Nowadays, it is internet world, Wi-Fi calling not much useful. I use Google voice for everything...I even cannot remember my cell phone number......
