Bell HSPA Ad - BB 9700, Samsung, LG

Saw this ad on a bus here in Calgary Alberta. I dunno if its thread worthy, but still pretty awesome. Sorry the pictures are so bad, I spilled beer on my Pre yesterday and it hasn't been the same since

'Bell' seems spaced too close to 'Network', needs to be moved slightly towards 'New'

Aside from that small thing, I think it's a decent ad.

I would guess this to be a new add as Bell does not list Nokia phones on their websites?

I noticed that too...interesting kerning on the Bell logo to make you read across the whole phrase...

I do like that font though...

Yes sir, I think I just might buy one. also clear out my fav dealers's supply for hspa sims. you KNOW they'll just up that price a month after launch...

Now that I looked at it again I see no HTC! What a shame, they pick up more Lucky Goldstar junk and skip the Droid, and Hero the two phones running the best operating systems!

It's so you snap to Bell Network and not The New.

Because your average customer wants a phone that works out of the box.

Dumb phones and Blackberries do this well, while HTCs you have to hack with to get it the way you want it.

The average customer isn't on HoFo.

anyone see an iphone in this picture of "the worlds best phones"... thats the most consumer friendly smartphone/device out there... but i guess the word "best" is subjective :/
id be happy if the droid or n900 was in the pic

See but we are talking about the new network. And so far, even though we have seen a Droid through the FCC that will run HSPA bands..it hasn't been announced. That would be pretty big if Bell/Motorola were to announce a HSPA Droid through a bus advertisement.

Also, I could see Apple not wanting to put other phones in the same ad as an iPhone.
