I saw a good friend who works at the local Rogers store at the mall. He told me they just received shipments of the 8520 today and that they have been told they will be receiving the 9700's next month sometime. It's truly sooner than we think!

Wow, just checked out the preview of the BB 9700 on Crackberry.. pretty impressive stuff. I'm more than slightly tempted to put down my iPhone long enough to pick up a 9700 to play with.

Weird
Seems to be weird w/out the trackball; however the back face looks much better than a regular curve.

Weird that there are no charging contacts on the back. I guess there is no charging dock for the 8520??
So, does this mean the 8520 has launched or is this still just ramping up for it. Monday perhaps??
