I haven't received any voicemails, despite repeated messages being left, since Saturday. Finally got around to calling in today and after working through a few scenarios with technical support, I was told that there is a "known issue" with some customers' voicemail saying it is full despite the fact that all messages are deleted.
I'm unsure whether this is specific to visual voicemail users. Even after deleting all "deleted messages" and inbox messages, new messages are not coming through.
No certain timeline on when this should be fixed, but I was told they were hoping to have a resolution by Monday.
So if you're experiencing this issue, call in to get your name added to the list for a resolution.
Anyone else having difficulty with voicemail?

Wow thats bunk. No voicemail difficulty, although I had a call go straight to voicemail after not even ringing once yesterday, that was odd.
My calls always go straight to voicemail if im getting a weak signal. So many times after being in the undergound parking I get a text a few minutes later from whocalled or voicemail.
