I found a way to run flash games on the env and possibly *any* phone!
It is actually pretty easy...
1. Download shockwave mini's unlimited the free credit 1 works(since you can get this on many phones im assuming it will work on any phones that can run this program)
2. Use your one credit and get any game i got space invaders
3. Use bit pim and find the folder in the filesystem for the shockwave minis.
4.then there's a subfolder and inside there will be the game you just downloaded its the .swf file
5. So all you need to do next is find another flash game then rename it the same as the file you just found in the file sistem and then over wirte it with the new game.
6. The go on your phone to the mini and click play and it shold run. (i just tried 2 diffrent ones the game menu showed up on one and i could click play but it didn't work i will try more later but i think i just have to find one that is compatible and it will work)
NICE find, very interesting, many people will be happy
check the voyager 'flash game hack' thread for the ones that work on the inside
I have a version of frogger that works on the inside screen with the keyboard
FYI you don't have to rename your Dl game, when bitpim does an overwrite, it leaves the phones file name intact and just over writes the file data , without changing the name

Wow, great find! To think, after all this time we've been looking for a way to run .swf files on our phone when Verizon gave us one free all along! It's interesting though that no one has pointed this out before, because it seems so simple...? Eh, whatever, congratz on the find! I'm slightly confused though, did you say did get a game to work, or not? Also, I tested several other things as well, (I have a LG VX8500, btw) such as a .swf movie thing, and with sound it froze almost immediately but did display it, and without sound it froze after like 2 seconds, so I'm wondering if it is a lack of proccessing power that is the cause of this? Also, a .swf clock I tested (http://free-flash-clocks.trap17.com/documents/39.html) worked, and I was even able to select the calendar part as well and go to it. Also, it keeps the correct time, even after you exit it, which I though was interesting...Anyways, keep us posted if you find any working games, or other things!
Got a game to work (http://www.vertigogaming.net/PSP/tetris.swf) You just had to push down until you could select the start button, which I didn't realize at first. I can hardly believe it, Thank you so much! Free games on phone finally.
You sir, are my hero!
Now, is there any way to put more than one on without buying new credits...?
im not sure if you can get more games without buying credits but maybe if someone knows the file names to the other games for example the space invaders game is called 1012.swf you could create a new file and just name other games the new file name... im not sure if it will work just a thought

First Off, this is a great find. Good work.
I tried this procedure on the 8300 and it worked quite well, I was able to launch Tetris in place of "mini pinball". Now, I am wondering something. On my phone, the shockwave unlimited free download only has 5 minutes of use. I used most of them to download and install the original app. I only had like a minute of Tetris, but it DID work. The only options I see for the shockwave minis unlimited are Free - 5 mins and 3.49 subscription. Am I downloading the wrong app or will I just have to pay the 3.49 subscription?
well there are 2 versions of the shockwave program thing the unlimited one and the one where you pay per game credit so you downloaded the other verison of the shockwave mini's

Ok, I downloaded the "Sockwave Minis Arcade" with 1 credit for free and that worked great. That tetris game is very small though, since it was formatted for a much bigger screen. A fullscreen game would be preferable. Regardless, this works great and we finally have a way to play free games. Nice.

It's only available on these phones at this time.
It's under puzzle games by the way.

Hmm, you are using the tetris I linked to, correct? For me, I have only 2 options, and when I first click down, the whole thing gets highlighted in a yellow box, and the second highlights the start button. When the start is highlighter, I simply push enter and it starts the game, but I don't have those other options, so I'm not sure what is going on..?
Also, I got a Lunar Lander working, it's the 3D kind, not the black and white version and again it's small, but quite entertaining. I've experimented a bit, and these are my conclusions so far:
-Only games that use the arrow keys, (up, down, left, right) work nothing with the mouse.
-Games with a little "intro" appear to not work, because the intro stalls it out or something?
-Games with larger file sizes don't work. I tested 4mb, 3mb, 2mb, and under, and about 2 or 2.5 and under only seem to work.
-Any .swf appears to work, as long as it doesn't require much power. e.g. not limited to flash games.
Has anyone found the same things so far? If you guys find a game that works, let us know!!
~I'll see if I can find a link to the Lunar Lander that works.
Wow, just checked this out! Score 2 for you mate, another superb find! Just tested like 10 games and they all worked smoothly! Even though you have to sign up, it's absolutely worth it. Except for a few occasions where the format was .sis and it didn't work, most work great. Thanks again!
EDIT: Just an interesting thing, the Crazy Taxi game or whatever on Adobe even has a rumble function, when you hit an obstacle, my phone vibrated...Kinda cool, and it really makes me curious as to how/why these games seem to work so well? Maybe it's just my phone, I have a Chocolate, can any one test and see if it does that on theirs too?
