Starting at around 6AM today and continuing until this moment I have no data access on my phone. It says that the modem disconnected every time it tries to connect. This is a 3G windows smartphone. I did reboot it and that did not make a difference.
Anyone else in the burgh experiencing this?

It sounds like some areas or everyone is experiencing a loss of data connectivity. Glad its not just me, but I hope they fix it soon. It has been at least three hours...
Waiting to chat directly with tech support on AT&T, but in reading the responses to others it appears there is a national data outage problem. If I learn more I will update this post.
From the northern burbs all the way downtown, Chicago is out... and I'm sure, after reading the various posts, it's pretty wide spread. Sounds like AT&T customer service is way backed up, so I'm just gonna watch this thread for updates. Glad I checked here first - thanks!!!
I learned nothing other then it seems rather wide spread nationally. I was not able to get any ETA on a repair. It's what I expected from tech support chat, but i at least had to try.
All data connections have been down in Chicago for about 2 hours this morning. Thought it was just me but a co-worker has an iPhone. No web, no email. Nada.
