Yeah terrible name but maybe they're afraid of upsetting RIM. I don't think that lawsuit they filed against AT&T and Samsung over the name 'BlackJack' has been settled yet

What review are you talking about? If you're referring to the Mobile In Canada website, it's clear that the article was translated from French to English using Babelfish or something.

We've had the BlackJack 2, as it's affectionately known, in our store since just after Christmas. It's still not on the upgrade list or anything. There was a Sales Central bulletin today about the fact that it's now called the "Jack", which makes me laugh just thinking about all the puns...
