worst phone i've ever owned... and i had an LG VX6600...
do you feel better now? this thread is obviously for people interested in the Q.
my Q has been friggin sweeeet from day one. i could use a little better battery life but hey its small and light. the Q has easily stood up to everything the spec sheet said it would do. its not a BIG old PDA phone but instead is the first edition of the next generation of phones.

If this were to be released soon, I think i'd jump on it. However, if this weren't released, i don't think it would change my decision to get a Q. I still think that the silver Q is a great phone, however the change in the paint/coating used on the case would make me lean towards the black Q.
Everything else equal, i would get the black Q because of the coating on the case, if the rumors about that prove to be true.
Same exact firmware, the only hardware difference is the casing. It has that nice rubber feel. As for what it shows when it's been dropped and nicked, it actually is black all the way through so you can barely notice it.
