    Great leak.

Xperia is going to be kind of late though -- about a year after global release?
The Touch Pro is also kind of slow considering others have it.

This is a serious breach of Rogers Business Code of Conduct. I would advise the OP remove the thread that the mods remove the thread.

A couple of years ago, Howard got a nice letter from Motorola for posting confidential information and pictures in a similar fashion as this thread.

You know, Howard could just send Rogers/Fido a bill for advertising their product, or supporting their product via their forums

Its not a simple thing. Howard could just turn around and delete the forum/subforums. All these rogers customers that get their info/support FOR FREE would have to call *611, and Rogers would have to PAY for what Hofo does now.

Also, legitimate complaints that need to be handled by the executive, get aired in a third party setting where Rogers personnel (probably all the way up to exec) monitor and are able to assist /review/resolve said complaints.

In the end, it might be cheaper to do nothing. Rogers Insider is probably a rogers marketing guy realizing that he just got his wad blown prematurely by a 20 year old ish kid
On contract terms and responsibilities and getting the right information:

When youre talking about signing a contract for 3 years that will in the end may potentially cost you 20x X number of months you really should do everything to protect yourself.

I think I just pissed myself. The Xperia is Quadband 3G with T-Mob support! Those on AT&T are gonna be hating on us next year! How many of these will see release? I know it says pending on the Touch 3G and will all of those N series phones really come out? And whats a 9520 Storm? What makes it different than the 9500?

So many questions... Someone should send a news tip to BGR or Engadget.
    250 Mins, E/W @ 6PM, UL Messaging, CID, iPhone VVM, 500MB = $60
    $60 + 6.95 SAF + 0.75 911 = $67.70
    $67.70 - $26.95 Credits = $40.75 + TAX
    $46.05 TOTAL

hehehe, ohhh there will be emails at work tomorrow about this. I can just see it coming. And Sharpo is right they do monitor, when "new fido" was due to be released there was emails about how fast it got on Hofo.

Yes Rogers could come after Hofo, will they not likely but you could get some exec who didn't get any xmas cheer and is made at the world and it only takes one to create problems.

As for the poster, Rogers Corp or not your still covered by a NDA of some sort but there doesn't seem to be anything in the photos which could be traced back to you so thats a good thing.
