Did the update, then did the downgrade to 1.0.2 activated & jailbroken and then unlocked with Anysim 1.2u, upgraded to 1.1.1 and used jailbreakme.com to jailbreak, installed OktoPrep on Installer, and then upgraded to 1.1.2
why upgrade and then downgrade to 1.0.2? Can't you just oktoprep a 1.1.1 unlocked phone, upgrade and done? Or is it just that easy for simfree unlocked phones?

Most IPSF users had an easy time updating to 1.1.2, as the unlock didn't get corrupted.
But some people still had problems with activation, which the latest jailbreak update helps remedy.
If the phone was OTB 1.1.2, then it has to be downgraded first. The wiki says to 'downgrade from 1.1.2 if necessary' for this reason.
Plus, if the phone was fake activated and was unlocked via AnySIM, then its best to downgrade to 1.1.1 or 1.0.2, virginize, jailbreak--->oktoprep, then update--->jailbreak--->load and run the latest AnySIM.

Now I have an unlocked 1.1.2!!!
Did you use the new Jailbreak for 112? If so did you do it on a Mac or PC?
