That's one funky PRL. It's PRL number 38515 (a little off from the 38140 Oregon PRL). The only three marked for EvDO are:

    4857 - Nashville
    6249 - Albuquerque
    6415 - Santa Fe

6439 is not flagged for EvDO. The SID's are arranged differently than in other PRLs. Thanks for posting though. Always good to be able to learn as much as possible about how they're doing things.

Yes, they are. For the record, I have Cricket For Business here in Portland and I've got 38537 PRL that also gives me EvDo.

Las Cruces must use SID 6249 or 6415 which are flagged in the PRL for EVDO coverage. It appears that the PRL is good for most of New Mexico. It does not work for me in Phoenix and any attempts at editing it leave me with a phone that won't boot. Good thing you can access the file system on Motorola's with the battery removed.

Yea I Know it is still up and running, I don't have the PRL like some people do. And you can't make simple edits to an EVDO PRL like you can to a standard PRL. Really don't matter cuz my active phone isn't EVDO anyway. I do all my hacking on a E-816 Hollywood that isn't active. *cough* If I did have the PRL I probably would be using the Hollywood though. *cough*

That's odd, when I loaded this to my xv6700 and tried to make a call I got Verizon's activation message. Had to go back to PRL 1040 to fix it. Bummer, there was no EV-DO (which Verizon has here) but the 1X signal got stronger. Any reason this happened?
