So maybe can we have a recap of the info learned and should we use SU file posted before to make the bookmarks, ect stay?

Thanks

The wap_elem_d file I posted has all of the options that Systemunstable, GoldMembr found so far (though there were other contributers - kbman, Mark Ventura, jameyers14, etc). Which is simply my E815's wap_elem_d file, with offsets 24 thru 2C edited to this: FE BF 0F F5 7F EE F1 97 02

And that BRWSTORAGEPM file can become corrupted on the VZW E815 for some reason. The only known affect of that file becoming corrupt is that the Bookmarks and Snapshots get erased when you reboot the phone.
SU posted a clean/uncorrupt copy of the BRWSTORAGEPM. So download it, and use it if your Bookmarks/Snapshots get erased when you turn off your phone. No one's posted any more info on it than that, so far. Download the BRWSTORAGEPM off your phone, compare it to the one SU posted, and you can see. Mine was nearly full of a continuous string of: FF FE FF FE FF FE...
