In Notepad... open... C:\Program Files\Motorola Phone Tools\Detect.inf
Find....
Code:
[V3c]
Driver=v3c
Manufacturer=+CGMI: "Motorola CE, Copyright
Model=""MODEL=V3c""
and change it to....

Driver=v3cm
Manufacturer=+CGMI: "Motorola CE, Copyright
Model=""MODEL=V3c""
If you do this, future "live updates" of MPT might replace the Detect.inf, so you'd have to edit it again... |
